People build up their lives through various experiences. These are the elements of life and it is accumulated one by one to create their lives. 

Many things affect life. I think that love, happiness, pain, travel, and choice have a lot of influence on life. Depending on the situation, these factors can have a positive or negative impact on life. This influence naturally permeates life and forms a part of life. Everything cannot end with happiness from start to end, but even if the pain comes, I wondered if it would be a sweet life when I finally looked back. 

I think life will eventually become the same as the shape of a sweet cake with various colours added. This work contains the meaning of filling life with colours one by one.

우리는 살면서 다양한 경험을 통해 삶의 내공을 쌓아 갑니다. 그리고 그 경험들은 우리의 삶의 요소이며 이 요소들이 하나씩 축적되어 서로 다른 자신만의 인생을 만들어 갑니다. 각자 살아온 삶의 경험에 따라 비중은 다르겠지만 사랑, 행복, 고통, 여행 그리고 선택은 우리의 인생에 많은 영향을 주는 요소라고 생각합니다. 상황에 따라 이 요소들이 우리 인생에 긍정적 또는 부정적인 영향으로 다가올 수 있습니다. 이것은 우리의 삶에 자연스럽게 스며들어 인생의 한 막을 형성해 갑니다.

모든 것이 처음부터 끝까지 행복으로 끝날 수는 없지만 고통이 닥쳐온다 해도 결국 돌이켜 보면 달콤한 인생이지 않을까 하는 생각이 들었습니다. 삶의 다양한 경험과 요소들이 계속 쌓이다 보면 결국 우리 모두의 인생은 다양한 색이 첨가된 달콤한 케이크의 형상과 같아지지 않을까 싶습니다. 이 작품은 인생의 요소가 우리의 삶에 하나씩 쌓여가듯이 색으로 그 요소들을 대신하여 우리 삶에 색을 하나씩 채워간다는 의미를 담아 작업했습니다.
